Message	The 16bit ECU has the ROM code inside the processor chip and requires a daughterboard to allow external ROM chip. As far as I know, the only sources for this is JWT and maybe JUN. It is certainly not a do-it-yourself thing. That said, you could get a 90-94 ECU that matches your engine and transmission and use the 93-94 code base as a start.
